A Phase I study of healthy people showed that Aller-7 was well-tolerated, even with a dose of up to 1,980 mg per day.

In the open trials, 59 percent of the subjects at six weeks and 78 percent of the subjects at 12 weeks reported significant improvements in their test scores.

In the double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 68 percent and 75 percent of the subjects taking Aller-7® at the end of six and 12 weeks, respectively, showed significant improvements in their test scores.
